I have a few questions.
I think before I signed up and when you guys had some changes that the new thing lost everyone's post count? Is there a chance it may happen?
Will it carry our current settings?

Everything on the databse is being moved over. You should not have to change anything. Everyone already registered will have access to everything on the site with the forum password. All, the posts counts, etc will not be affected as we are still using ubbthreads.
The only difference is that the main site is integrated with the forum.
