    Is there anyway that this program I DL'd is causing this to happen? Adsgone, stops banners and pop ups from appearing. Forgive me if I'm totally wrong.

        Yeah, Adsgone is it.

        You're seeing it everywhere because most sites have a pop-up of some sort. Adsgone is just causing an error in the pop-up that's trying to load.
