    Cars.com banner messing up things

There is a banner that keeps getting displayed of Cars.com

It won't let me refresh the forum and I have to use side bar.

I am not sure if the top banners are on a time scale and change every so often. But I have not had the Cars.com banner since this morning.

So I been good to go since then. But when it was there. It would do this drop down deal where it would cover up the all the links of what forum u are in. So switching back to the forum before was impossible because there was like a invisible banner over the links even when u closed it.

If I get it to appear again I will take a screen shot of it.

Had it happen this morning again Steve.

Ok steve it does not show my cursor in the screen shot for some reason. But my cursor is over the OPERATION SPORTS FORUM blue link. It is a regular arrow. I can't click it, even though the banner looks as if it is higher. It really is like a invisible drop down. Even when it is not in drop down mode. Sorry for size.

Second one you can see the drop down it does and how now it covers up OPERATION SPORTS FORUM blue link. This is kind of how it acts even when it is not in drop down mode. I hope this makes sense. If not let me know and I will try better to explain.

If you hit the close button on the bottom right, does it not close?

Thats the thing. I must not be explaining it right.

The second picture with it open. See everything it covers up. Ok now the picture WITH it closed. Everything in the second picture that is covered by it still is treated after it is closed as if it is still covering those items.

So to click the blue link of operation sports to refresh the forum. You can't do because the cars banner that is not covering it is still acting as if it is.

Like a invisible drop down version of it.

basically it closes but still acts as if it is open.
