The DJ Hero Roadblock/takeover w/ brandscape is obnoxious. I know this isn't the best way to speak an opinion, but could the close button be a bit larger and maybe a warning for epileptics or something...

OS goes through a third party for the ads so they have no control over how the ads appear.

They are very good about requesting to have obtrusive ads removed though so simply mentioning it is generally sufficient.
