Lately I have been having problems with the main page. Whenever I try clicking on the banner at the top of the page, it always tell me the page cannot be found. Also whenever I try to access all of the things such as interviews and screenshots you guys post, I get the same "page cannot be found" message. Other people have posted their opinions about the screenshots and interviews, so it seems like they can all view them fine. So what's wrong with my computer?

Re: The Main Page
Nothing is wrong with your computer, it's just that the dam DNS has to propogate to all the ISP's. Steve couldn't get to the main site from his house. But about a couple of days ago, he now could see it.
Click this link to get to the main site.
On my end it has been up and down for me. Sometimes I could see it and sometimes I could not see it. -

getting a page not found on the banner at the top means you probably have some sort of ad blocker installed on your machine.Or if you have kazza lite or something to that affect you wont see the banner, and you probably wont see other ads, or popups, etc. Could also be a firewall issue, such as zonealarm configured to block ads.
The other problem with not being able to get to pages is, for whatever, reason, your computers inability to resolve the new address of OS. First thing to do is clear your cache and delete you temp internet files. Both can be done from whichever web browser you are using.
There are a few more things to try. But unfortunately sometimes the only thing to do is wait for you ISP to finally scavenge up old dns pointers.Comment

I'm using Verizon DSL. I think it is a firewall issue. I have two computers in my house, and in order to get Verizon DSL on both, I had to buy a Linksys DSL Router. I was reading on a website that "Not only can it be configured to block specific internal users' Internet access, but it can also serve as a firewall to guard against unwanted external intruders." I'm guessing it has a firewall set up? I haven't done anything to it since the day I plugged it in though.Comment
