    OS Fantasy Football?

I was just wondering is OS planned on doing Fantasy Football as we had last year?

I actually had a friend who joined OS last year just because of how fun that game was. The other day we were talking about it and I was asked if OS was doing it again this year. Obviously, I had no answer as I haven't heard anything.

So I was just wondering if we were going to see a 2010 version of Fantasy Football. It was really fun last year and I think is a good way to increase traffic, so I hope we do it again.

Unfortunately it won't be making a return. Although some people obviously enjoyed it, unfortunately not enough people used it to justify the expense of setting it up.

Is this some other kind of FF? What have I been missing out on?

It was a different form of FF yeah. Instead of a draft (because that obviously wouldn't work with hundreds of people participating) you would have a budget of $200 (not real money) to start. It still scored like regular FF but there were weekly prizes (video games, OS merchandise) and a grand prize for the overall winner. (I think it was like a PS3, an Xbox 360 and like 6 games, I don't remember) I'd love to be able to play it without the prizes. Just bragging rights on OS would be enough.

Players values would go up and down based on how many players bought or sold that particular player. Like if the Patriots were going to be on a bye week their value would drop heavily once the market opened. It was a very fun game because you don't just focus on the best player every week, but players that would help you make more money for your budget or a player that has a string of games against weak opponents. Or do you spend big money on 2 RB and leave yourself with a weak QB.

It was extremely fun and kept me playing with & changing my lineup constantly until kickoff.

Dang, that blows. It was fresh a lot more fun than regular fantasy football. I didn't really care about the prizes.
