The changing Forums

Guys,

I do not mean to be a jerk, but has anyone else noticed that the Forums have been taking on more of an IGN feeling in the past few months. It is difficult to but into words exactly what I mean- but there seems to be a lot more trolling/flaming/badger wars as opposed to more rational information based opinion posts that make OS great.

I am not offering any suggestions just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I mean it could just be me. .or maybe I have been hanging out in the Hot Games forums too much.

Baseball, Football, and Basketball release time always bring in new members. Like any community, some are going to be "not your cup of tea". It's the nature of the beast. It fades after Basketball.

Like Clay said, it's release time for football games. It's always nutso around this time. Should die down with in the next couple of weeks.

I know you guys are right. It just gets frustrating going to the Madden or ESPN forum in search of some useful info or even a exciting recap of a played game only to get a dozen Madden/NCAA vs. ESPN/Blah blah posts.

My problem is that instead of ignoring thr trolls I feed them. . oh well.
