Pop Ups

I have pop-up cop but it can't stop pop ups from this site for some strange reason. The ad always goes straight to the task bar, but it's there. I've run Spy Hunter and Ad-Ware but I still can't stop the pop-ups from this site.

Any suggestions?

Clear you cache and cookie, something must be hung up in there.

None of the ones I have tried will stop the one that goes across the screen. So I just click on it and Steve gets his penny.
