Quick Reply in Chrome

I feel like this is something new, I don't think it wouldn't bug me for so long and then just the few past days it has been.

When I'm browsing the forums in Chrome, the quick reply box is partially covered by the ad to its right, which is not the case in Firefox. They're nicely aligned in Firefox.

Bringing this to support's attention.

first and foremost i apologize well in advance if this is the wrong place to post this question but i have searched the various other forums on the site and have noticed that the ones i would need to post this in have been closed for new posts and whatnot..but i was reading on here in a different forum the rules for posting blogs..i did read something about it may or may not be a random thing but i do remember reading something about you have to have at least two forum posts..i joined just like late last week and would like to take a more active role in the forums and everything like that and wanted to know with me having made three forum posts in the course of a day or so what i might be missing if anything to be able to post a blog or two? am open to constructive criticism if it's possible to give some
