Why can't I post a blog?

Hi! I hope someone will be able to help me.

I would like to post a blog about myself and my NHL 13 sliders set, why I chose to put these values in instead of others and also try to explain briefly what each slider does in the game. However, when I tried to post a blog this morning, the field where I can write my blog's text is in grey and I can't select text tools on the top of it. Even if I'm able to write in the field, everytime I click on Post now, it says that I need to write at least 10 characters, when in fact my blog's text was at least 1000 characters long. I tried it many times and it always does the same thing. I saw the sticky closed thread talking about number of posts before being able to post a blog, but I already have 230 OS forum posts, so it can't be because of that either.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't think so.

Update to my problem. I was finally able to post my blog using Google Chrome, but with Internet Explorer, it never worked.

Probably because his problem is different and because that thread has been locked for over 2 years.

I'm having the same problem, except I can't post anything on here. Everytime I want to post something up, I get this message.

"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Is it because i'm still new to the site? I'm just wondering....Great website BTW!

You are verified. Can you provide a screenshot if you are still seeing these issues? Have you tried another browser?
