problem commenting on other peoples' blogs?

i've noticed that on some computers, when i attempt to comment on someone's blog, for example one by a staff writer, the comment box is all grey and while i can type in it, once i click submit i am redirected to a blank white page with the url http://www.operationsports.com/updateprofile.php"

i'm asking because it was never a problem when using my personal laptop, but my laptop is broken right now and i'm borrowing somebody elses and am having this problem. i noticed it would also happen whenever i tried using a public computer in the library.

help?

I have no problem posting in any forum thread, obviously, but blog comments just will not work for me. it's kinda ****ty
