    Starting 5 (2-26-04)

Clay and Shawn chime in with their weekly Starting 5 article.

"#1 Stanford (23-0) and #2 St. Joseph’s (24-0) remain unbeaten and at the top of the standings in the NCAA after weekend wins. Do either of these teams have a chance at going into the NCAA Tournament undefeated?"

    * I have to asterisk #3 this week. We roundtabled "Starting Five" on Monday, and my opinions on that trade have changed greatly in four days. This a great deal for the Broncos! Especially with their history of building mediocre backs into SuperStars and the extra 2nd (or maybe 1st) Round pick in the mix.

One thing I would like to see at E3, something minor at least would be the development of Mario Tennis!

Lack of HRS ...Accept for Allstar players

Hey Steve ... I played all baseball games last year and MVP was probably the funnest game
to play with a few exceptions ...one being the total lack of home run power for both user
and computer players. I played as The Rangers and the only ones on my team that could pop it out were A Rod and Raffy now that they are gone ...has ea addressed this did anyone else have this problem ... Last year Blalock and Texerea both had 25 or more homers but it was impossible for them to jack em out in MVP... and when facing the computer ...I picthed around Manny Ramerez and no
other Redsox had real pop except being able to hit shots into the gap ...lots of doubles but a lck of hr potential ...really killed the game for me. Are any of your non allstars able to pop it out ?
Thanks again for your response... I am really jacked for this game !
