Slow...Slow.....Slow

I'm haveing trouble bring up the webpages on this site. I have a cable modem and constatly have to hit the refresh button to bring the pages up. Is i the site or my computer you think?

If there is a problem, constantly hitting refresh will do nothing but make the problem worse.

On ocasion, maybe once a day, the database goes out to lunch.. its usualy back up within 5 minutes.

Iv had some troubles to, its rare and it only lasts about 2 or 3 mins. But its happened a couple times today. Nothing major though.
