That's the one I'm getting. I can't read the first post anyone makes. Also when I'm typing a reply in "Post a Reply" I can't see everything I'm typing. An ad similar to this was doing the same thing a month or so again. It's honestly making me not want to come to the site as I can't read everything that is posted anyway...

Same here, I can't do much on a PC anymore because of that damned ad...I have to use my iPad now. I hope Steve fixes it..

STEVE.. You had had several questions about this dam CLEVELAND CLINIC pop up add and you have not responded. It is ruining this site for me. Can't see or read half of the post.. And can't turn it off, and can't post because you can't see what you write half of the time. I would really like an answer..

I agree.. This CLEVELAND CLINIC crap covers up half the post, you can't read. You can't see what you write. You can't get rid of it. PLEASE kill this thing. It is ruining the site for me.

Aren't these pop up ads the result of not donating to the site? (non blue name) I only get the big ones on both sides of the screen, but they don't interfere with anything

Plenty of supports in this thread are seeing it.


And I'm not sure about this but I don't think being a supporter reduces the amount of ads you are subjected to because I don't think that can be differentiated by the company that does the ads.

I could be wrong since I haven't seen an ad in years and don't know what to compare it to.

These ads aren't external popups so popup blockers don't do anything against them.

Pop up ads are killing this site so much so that I can't visit. It's worst on ipad as I can't close them.

Going to have to go elsewhere soon which is not what I want.

I appreciate you need to pay the bills but if it's at the price of your readers viewing then what is the point?

Things are fine on my PC, but it sucks on my iPad with the banner ads. When trying to scroll I hit them, and when I try and hit the tiny X to close them I hit the ad more times then not.

I've got the ad on all my browsers (well not lately) using Adblock and popup block both....
