something like that... "Your address has been IP banned" or whatnot... it just means you have to use a work-around to get on. There's 100's of ways to disguise your IP address and surf here from the same computer... and I've only exhausted about 10 of 'em so far. Then again, I don't plan on getting banned again... but I have options in case I ever need them.
