Forum Jump Function?

For the past few days, the thing one uses to grab and scroll down in the forum jump section hasn't worked for me...

The rest of the scroll down function and EVERYTHING else work as they always have...

I use google chrome, but then again, I have for years and it always worked before...

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I wish I knew how to take screen shots, but:

Take this very thread page (for example)...under our posts, to the bottom right...

If you use the main scroll bar on the right of the screen to go down to the bottom right, you'll see the "Forum Jump" bar...

Because we're in "Steve's Forum", that's what it'll say...

I usually would go there open it up and then navigate to whatever forum I want to look at next by highlighting / choosing with the bar within it's box...

You highlight what you want in blue and then hit "go"...

"Neighborhood" for example, or any of the various forums which are are listed there in their default order...

I USED to be able to use the small scroll bar on the right of that Forum Jump function to pan up or down to whatever forum I wanted to look at next, but as of late, it won't work like it used to...

I CAN use the "up or down arrow" key to scroll, but the bar won't let me grab it and scroll around anymore...

I think it was the update Chrome just released, it changed my sidebar as well and got rid of the up and down arrows at their respective spot on the bar.

Is that what you are missing? I was able to find the jump forum section the way you described and it seemed to work okay but those were missing there as well.


Can you try in a different browser and see if it's the same thing? I love Chrome and won't be changing but this update has come with some quirks.

Works as per usual on Explorer, but all that did was remind me how much I prefer Chrome to the rest of 'em...



Guess I will just have to continue to deal with it and hope the next update gets things back to were they were previously...

I'm in the same boat. I like Google Chrome too much to change, but the Forum Jump has been messed up for me as well.

I installed a Google Chrome update today and the Forum Jump / scroll bar function is BACK!!!
