How do you refresh your OVR rating?

Been sitting at 51 forever....I remember before I was stuck for a long time and someone told how to update your OVR and I went up like 15 levels OVR.

Anyone know how to do this?

Last I heard it hasn't been working properly and Steve was looking into a solution. I've been stuck on 27 for a really long time too.

Yeah Steve did mention that they are working on a fix in another thread.
