In all the sports games forums there are always too many posts in the "Slider thread" to actually find slider sets sometimes...

What if OS put TWO threads:

Official Slider Discussion thread

-AND-

Official Slider Set thread

And with the latter, this can be included in the first post:

"This thread is for the sole purpose of posting Slider sets. Any other posts discussing/requesting the sets or asking questions/making comments will be deleted.

That is all. "

Eh, the problem there is ANYONE can make a set of sliders. There needs to be some sort of feedback. I wouldn't want to sort through pages of slider thread discussions in order to find out which exact set of sliders are good and which ones are bad. I do agree with you, but both ways (IMO) would be a pain in the butt.

Then again, I hate sliders and never use em.

I do agree it is impossible to find a set of sliders in an "Official Thread." It might be worth trying. I really liked CapeCodKid's idea of putting together a spreadsheet of sliders. It would be nice to always have something like that, but someone would have to be dedicated in keeping one of those update.

I don't see why everyone needs to test out everyone else's sliders. Find what you have a problem with and adjust the sliders to solve the problem; problem solved.

well, if you did have 2 threads like this, the one with the sliders would have to be locked and a mod would have to update it, otherwise some idiot would make a post in it.

Also - it would be a pain cross-linking the two.

I do agree the current situation is difficult for slider users.

I will toss another idea out there:

Folding sliders into the roster forum, with the same format. Separate threads for each slider set, then free posting after that.
