Sorry to sound like a jerk but I don't think those avatars are transparent. The background in them is just black so if you put them on a white background they won't be transparent.

They aren't transparent, plus I already tried that and it turned out like crap. I take the time to make two, one black and one white. Sorry to anyone who has a grey background (if there is any, I'm not sure), only these two are available.
