stop the text pop ups

Everytime i have my mouse in the forum pages i get these stupid text pop up boxes that have the topic text in them, how do i stop this? i hate it!!!!

I love it two, but to lessen the prob. move your mouse off to the side

use an old browser that does not use DHTML - or one that will allow you to disable it.
