where is this option on these new boards at?

i wanna mark my favorite forums so i dont have to scroll through the ones i never visit!

At the top of each forum, you can use Forum Tools to use "Subscribe To This Forum". Then access your list of subscribed forums from your User CP.

You can always move the forums up towards the top of the page with the ^(x2) button
