So I'm not exactly sure where I'd post this but I have been bouncing an idea around in my head for a while that may or may not interest you Steve.
This also goes a little beyond "Sports Gaming" in a way, but I feel the site (or community itself, rather) is evolved past being just "Sports Gaming."
You may have also already looked into this, but what about making an official "Operation Sports" Twitch account for partnership with them? Alongside that, get a solid crew (and not just sports gamers exclusively) of people from the community that stream, and form a Twitch team under the OS banner?
So it would say "<user> is playing <x game> on <Operation Sports>" then if someone were to click "Operation Sports" it takes them to the team page where they can find the other members chosen to stream for that team.
Twitch is huge, and time/content providers being there, it may help the site grow a bit as well.
