I think I would have enjoyed being a mod but I work too damn much and I love this place so I would not have been able to give this duty the attention it deserves. Congrats to all the new mods though!

I felt the same. I spend a lot of time on OS and genuinely care about the community as most here do + I'm in a time zone that I feel like I could really contribute where others may not be around much, but the nature of my work sometimes takes me away from the internet for a few weeks. I didn't think it was wise to even apply in case of the off chance It got accepted. I also might have cried from disappointment.


Then again, If I knew someone like Shiz could get accepted then I would have reconsidered. OS needs balance...

I still want to be a mod and I think I can be a good one.

Especially around the times of 12am - 5am pst. I see only a few mods online (ubernoob) is who i see the most online late night since he's in California like me. Sometimes there's no mods on around 3am to 5am for a 30min or hour period. I would really be a good late night mod since I'm always signed on and just hopping from forum to forum just looking around. I think I've showed alot of improvement since I last requested a opportunity.

I just think i can contribute in a good way and spot out fake accounts or stalkers who troll the forums under secret screen names. There's a few out there.

Maybe one day...

Mods, just like any user can be online in invisible so you don't know they are on so just because you don't see a mod listed as being online doesn't mean for certain there are no mods on.
