Question for mods

Hi guys, I am a member at another forum where rvd2kewl posts, and he is having a hard time logging onto OS. He says he keeps getting the error mesage "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Any ideas what this is from?

Thats what I am thinking, but there is no reason that he or I am aware of as to why he would be banned

He's not banned. I Am betting he's coming from a banned IP address. Probably from another user that was banned. Have him send an email to [email protected] with his IP address.
