I usually am not one to complain, but when the administrators start being rude, then it starts to hit me. I understand you guys have a lot of work to do and you cant be posting every little request that users make, but the least you could do (BDougty) is be respectful. You dont have to shove your foot in someone's mouth by being rude. If someone has a request and you have to decline it, just say something like, "Im sorry but with all the other work that needs to be done, I regret to inform you that your request can not be completed." At least that way, people will understand that you have a lot of work to do and they wont feel disrespected. It isn't so difficult to be polite, especially if you run the website.
