I was thinking about how in recent time how the players association in sports have come to a effect and was just wondering what it would be like if OS had one. Another forum has one and it works out well. Basicaly what it is , is a court system ruling on peoples punishments and rules and stuff. Like if you get Banned, you can go to the OSPA and plead our case. Just some randon thought that came to mind when looking at this other board.

So if the OSPA disagrees with a ban .... you .... what, exactly? Go on strike?

You have to talk to your union rep to lobby for your reinstatement.
