    A sticky is a thread that stays at the bottom(on the new forum) and so it keeps it easy to see. Stickies are usually used for topics that almost everyone is interested in, so they are easy to get to.

    Bump is when a topic has gotten burried somewhat and someone types the word bump or answers it to bring it back to the front.
