They are employees of Sports Video Game Companies.

Exactly.

These are people that we know are sports gaming employees.

The purple title does 2 things:
1) Lets you know that if this person is giving out details about their game, they know what they are talking about.
2) Lets you know that is they are talking about a competitor's game ..... well, you know where they are coming from.
