Technical problem with OS regarding tapatalk

I apologize for posting this here, but I don’t know where else to post it.

When I view the EAsports CFB25 forum in Chrome I see the sub forums for CFB25 sliders, online, teambuilder, and a sub forum with all the old NCAA14 sub forums grouped together.

When I view in tapatalk (my preferred method), I can only see all of the old NCAA14 forums and can’t see any of the CFB25 sub forums (but I can see all of the normal CFB posts in the main forum, just not the sliders, online, etc sub forums.

I’ve tried to find the CFB25 sliders forum in tapatalk, but can only ever get to the old ncaa ones. Is there something that needs to be done on OS’s part to make those forums show up in tapatalk?

    Thanx!

Forgot to add screenshots in case I wasn’t clear.

Moved to the correct forum to ensure people who in a position to triage this issue can see it.

Hmm. That's very strange. Have you tried logging out and logging back in on TapaTalk? Is it the official TapaTalk app or the OS app? The OS app can no longer be downloaded, so you might not want to uninstall it. However, if you are using the official TapaTalk app, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling that.

I use the OS app and I don't see the issue you are reporting and haven't heard from anyone else with your specific issue. Do you happen to have another device you can test it on?

I logged out and eventually back in and it’s working now.

            Thanx for the quick fix.

Technical problem with OS regarding tapatalk

Since this thread is here, I won’t start another one regarding my tapatalk inquiry. I’m not sure if it’s only when I quote but I certainly see it then. Anyway. When I quote posts they come out with tons of “ [emoji] “ that I then need to edit out. Anyone else see this before?

I have heard a couple of complaints about it but that's a TapaTalk thing, not anything we control.

Looks like Tapatalk finally fixed the “ [emoji] “ issue!
