Avatar Help Needed

I have an image that I want to use for an avatar that is 128 x 128 pixels. OS requires 126 x 126 or less. Can someone tell me how to cut down the image to fit?

You can trim it in Paint, or resize with a more robust program like PaintShop Pro or Photoshop.

Go to "open" under the first pull down menu. Go to adjust and click resize.

Must not be much of a rivalry then, if the mascot is proud that the teams are helping each other.
