This thread won't go away

There is a thread in the EE forum that I have the last post in, a post I made 3 days ago. But I've noticed over the last couple days that it keeps getting bumped up to the top of the EE forum even though there aren't any more posts in it? It's the thread about your favorite Schwaznegger movie. Am I the only that is seeing this thread pop back up? I've seen it at least three times get moved back up to the top of the threads without a post in it for the last 3 days.

I asked this a while ago too. Someone already answered it but I have another question... Is there anyway to change this?

It's not an option individual users can set - it's a board-wide option.
