Need help...New to soccer and need formation

I am new to soccer games and I cannot figure out what formation to use.

Here is my team:

ST Mario Balotelli
ST Neymar
CF Messi
CF Bale
RM Sanchez
LM Reus
CDM - Cholablah
CB Hummels
CB Pique
LB Alaba
RB Montoya

Any ideas on a formation and custom tactics?

How about 4-1-2-1-2?

Bring Bale on in the 2nd as a super sub. His pace will dominate a fatigued CPU.

If it was me I'd use a custom 4-3-3 that I've used before. Looks like this

4 at the back as normal
CDM playing at the back of the circle
Spread out the two outer CMs just enough to make them LM/RM and 3 up front with a CF and have naymar and bale on the wings
Balotelli can come in, in the second as a super sub.

Not the greatest formation, but I like playing wide and with that team it should work fine

Too many players on that roster that can play wing. You are kinda forced into a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1.

4-2-3-1 makes the best sense since you don't have any traditional center midfielders but have CF's who IMO are better suited to play as an attacking midfielder.

When you stack your team like that it doesn't matter which formation you use, you're bound to win every game by several goals regardless.

EDIT: I see you started the same thread topic in the FIFA 13 forum last year. Not so new after all.
