Professional too easy. World Class too hard?

On Professional I keep the ball most of the game and win easy. On World Class, all of my tackles put the ball right onto another oppositions foot usually also leaving me out of position. I can't seem to ever win the ball back on World Class. Everytime i knock it way. I can never get it as it goes straight to the teammate of the tackled attacker. Is there anything I am doing wrong in tackling. Is there anyway to get teammates to a loose ball faster. I always see the opposition get to the ball before I can even switch and try to take possession. Tired of Pro because I win every game handidly. But can't seem to get possession on world class.

It is indeed frustrating when playing World Class or online, and your tackles seem to send a ball bobbling out straight onto the foot of the opponent every time. I'm actually not sure how I overcame that, but playing a possession game is definitely one way to do it. The game distributes momentum as it sees fit, and one sure way to get some momentum is to hang on to the ball and make many clear passes, way for an opening and break in. The cpu gives you some preference for that.

Once I have possession I do ok. But if I miss a shot or turn the ball over I feel like I don't get it back until they get a shot off. Will always I try to contain and only go for smart tackles. And I don't so much get beat as I have a bad bounce from a tackle go right to another player who then capitalizes on the opening from the previous tackle. I feel like the only way I get the ball back is a save or a goal kick.

Have you tried custom sliders? Tweaking the sliders can make the game a little more fair

i feel like it is the opposite for me. I get way too many tackled balls going directly to my team mates. Just keep playing WC till you can get used to the game. It is actually pretty easy, just gotta know when to dive in for a tackle, when to knock them off the ball and when to just play the passing lanes.

my advice is to not tackle at all. position yourself so that you take away the most obvious passing lanes. If you are familiar with basketball, it is like fronting the post, you just get in front of the player and force them to lob over top where you have help. obviously you can't do this with your back four.

if they try to ground pass it around you, you intercept. if it does get past you, then you sandwich the ball between your midfielder and your back defender. This is the situation you gotta know how to knock the player off the ball.
