I was wondering why in Manager Career there are so many things that are locked (editing players, restarting matches, etc) could anybody tell me why these items are locked? and if there's any way to unlock them?

Yes, go to the tab called "Football Club". Upper left Box is called Catalogue - that's where you buy things like new soccer balls, shoes, and things like editing players, etc.
You buy things with FIFA coins you earn by playing the game. You seem to earn the most by playing online from what I have found, and the better the result, the more coins you get.TB Lightning | Liverpool | Panathinaikos | Toronto FC
