So I set up a career mode - manager, hire scouts, send them out, and then start on that. An hour later, I am still not to the first friendly. Is there some way to set this to auto? It seems like this is just a scouting game and I won't play it if this is all there is to career mode...another e-mail to check out these players and then another.
Any advice?
Also, it seems that I can only use one formation at a time during games. On PES, I could set a 4-4-2 and then a quick tactic to alter it to a more offensive 4-2-4 for a simple example by turning the LM & RM into wingers. I cannot seem to figure this out on this game. It seems the tactics are fir off the ball movement and passing but not the formation itself-just the way the formation is played.
