Can anyone help me with job offers in career mode

I started with the Union then moved to AZ. Now im trying to get into one of the England leagues and every team i apply to rejects me. Im in second place and have a 4 star team and im meeting all my goals.

You can't get a top tier job unless you win a trophy. You can probably get lower tier jobs in those leagues, but you have to wait for one to be open. Pay attention to the salary offered and the objective the team is looking for you. If you haven't won a title no team that offers 24,000 weekly + will give you the job in my experience unless their goal is to avoid relegation.

I won the MLS cup and the US Cup with the Union and I took over AZ mid way through their season and finished 2nd in the eredivisie.

I figured the top teams that had job vacancies like Arsenal and Newcastle United i wouldnt get so i would reload to get the FL Championship teams and everyone turned me down. Even some that were mid and lower table teams.

Guess ill do one more season with AZ try and win the champions cup and then teams will take me.

I think how long you've been with your current team also matters. If you just switched I don't think anytime will give you the job in that first year.
