This is why I hate game modes like UT and why I don't play them so much. All of the stars and top class players are impossible for us sporadic players to get. I might play these modes more if the game companies would put a price ceiling in the game. Sorry for the use of the term, but what I am asking for is like have the most points, coins, pucks, etc. be like 15,000 on any player.
I used to play HUT for NHL just single player because I wanted something different from Be A GM. But the highest rated player I ever had was like an 82 or 83. I could never get all of the good players like Crosby, Ovechkin, Henrik Lundqvist, etc. And it really stunk because I am Bruins fan and I couldn't ever finish the teams collection because the players cost way too much.
Sorry for going off topic but HUT is the only UT I actually played more than like 10 games in.

I definitely feel less ripped off in HUT than I do FUT. Fut is a joke most the time.

Playing online seasons I'm not off to a great start so far, my record is 10 - 4 -10 although that's still enough to win both Div 10 and 9, something I would like them to make a bit harder if I'm honest. I'm trying not to get too fixated on my record though and just enjoy the game for what it is this year.

It's Division 9 and 10, it's supposed to be easy because you're supposed to be playing bottom of the barrel people, no offence to those who are stuck in those divisions. The only way it can be harder is for the worst people to be better, or to make the requirements to get out of those divisions more difficult which wouldn't seem to make much sense imo considering again that these are meant to be the bottom of the barrel.

Remember there's a whole lot more divisions coming for you to be challenged in, and they won't be nearly as easy to advance through.

I happily admit that I was a bottom barrel player last year. I struggled mightily to get out of the bottom division. This year I am going through the single player modes practicing before going back to online teams. It's especially frustrating to play those sweaty teams sometimes.

I absolutely love the emphasis they put on dribbling this year. Really punishes over aggressive players. I'm a lot better at this game than 14. However I feel that half of my goals are conceded on kickoffs. If I miss one challenge with a midfielder I'm screwed. It doesn't seem like anyone tracks back.

I've been hitting the wall against world class clubs in div4 with my EPL team and I can't afford big upgrades at positions that matter.

With a 300k budget is there a better choice than the very popular EPL? Perhaps a national squad?

300k can buy you pretty much every top Serie A player, depending on what formation you wanna run.

Tevez went up in price due to his IF this week. Hes up to ~70k now. Vidal is ~40k. Chiellini is 20k. Pogba is ~60k. Outside of those guys, most players are sub-20 or even sub-10k.

I'm pissed off.

I bought out a Tevez for my Serie A squad, and it took a minute to process.. My first thoughts were the servers were under maintenance.

Then finally, after a minute or so, it takes my coins and says I successfully purchased the player. I go to my transfer list and he is MIA. I also checked my club; No sign of Tevez.

I decided to watch the Villa-City match for about 30 minutes and logged back on. He's still missing, and my coins are gone.

You would think EA would have better servers considering how big of a company they are. I've had to go through this kind of stuff with almost every EA title that has came out. I'm thinking this is my last EA game. Thank god 2K comes out on Tuesday.

I feel your pain. That happened to me last year when I thought I got an Ozil card and then same thing. I did complain on Twitter to the fifa account and eventually got my coins back.

As for upgrades, I have done well this week. Got Ozil, Lloris, and Matic to round out my squad. I still need to upgrade my LM and ST positions but I'm happy with my team.

As for a serie a squad yes it is a very cheap way to build a really good team. I'm working on one now. Got Buffon and Rossi while snagging Chiellini in a pack

Anyone care to share trade methods? I've been buying bronze team fitness cards for 750 and selling them for around 950 pretty consistently.

Trying to stay away from pack purchasing this year. It's difficult.

im torn right now on whether to sell aguero or not? I currently have a front 3 of neymar LF - aguero str- navas RF in a 4321. if I sell aguero I have enough coins to buy bale. do I buy bale for a front 3 of neymar-benzema-bale? aguero has been solid for me at striker but im looking for someone new.

This turned out to be great advice. I have a very solid serie a squad now, and probably only had to spend 150k to do it.

I also purchased a super cheap Russian fitness squad with surprisingly good stats.

Now I am thinking about liquidating my epl and Spanish squads to pick up a premium sub for when the serie a team needs a boost.

The marketplace adds a nice way to customize and switch teams on the fly. Nba2k could learn a thing or two.
