On the Xbox one and PS4 this line of code reads

    ENABLE_FULL_PRACTICE_ARENA=0

So EA? if you see this, please change the 0 to 1. Thanks.
I haven't had time to look at his ini as of yet, but the reason I originally posted that he enabled it on the PC, was that I assumed he just did the above. That it is in the game, but just turned off for whatever reason. If so, it should be easy for them to turn it on in a patch for console users.

I read what someone posted about it being a last gen exclusive, did they really just turn it off for current gen users? I hope not, cause that is pretty bad. I wonder if there was a late bug introduced that forced them to disable it?

I haven't played fifa since like 04 does EA really not care about these kind of issues or do they only care about people buying 100's dollars worth of coins for the FUT stuff

The practice mode where you can actually practice.

Yeah you can go in 1v1 with a keeper, but not the full practice mode where you can have a match, or practice set pieces.

Jumped into the skills game and it really helps. I know you can't do shooting because of the angle on the regular drills but there are a lot of drills that use the default camera that gave me GREAT practice.

Yeah, and if EA can't get a practice mode (that exists on the disc) they could at least make a Skill game that was untimed.

It would count towards no progression or reward but you could just play the skill game for 20 minutes if you felt like it.

Truthfully, if they just took many of the skill games and threw them into CM you would have a training mode. Have your whole squad on the pitch during the skill game and you can select any player with a button press just like in a game and run them through the drill.

If they wanted to make it more like a game then give the user 8 minutes in a skill game with their squad. Then you would have to pick who you wanted to do certain skill games so it would be sort of strategic.

Miles better than having no practice mode and having no training in CM like currently.

You mean kind of like how player training worked in the FIFA World Cup game, because that's exactly what EA did there, reused the existing Skills games and tied it to developing players on your WC squad.

See like logical idea. Apparently completely different dev teams worked on the WC game vs FIFA'15.

This still not in the game? I want to grab this, but of course I want to hone my skills before delving deep into it.

Yet another game feature that has been glossed over and forgotten because online/UT is basically all EA (and most of the fanbase) cares about. The future really does look bleak for single-player.

Wow, that's a great idea. You want a player to get better dribbling? Send him through the dribbling skills and use him to try and advance as far as you can. Or do the passing drills with your team and all the players in the circle getting passing boosts based on how well they do. That would be awesome.

I could see them adding that pretty easily too. All they have to do is figure out how to translate from skill game score to their progression system. Like you can complete 350 short passes and get +1 short passing. Maybe skill game short passes can count?

What can they change? I have only been playing FIFA a couple of years but they have drills for everythinggg and a ton of different courses and obstacles and stuff. No other sports game comes close.

And thinking from it realistically, theres only so many ways players practice in real life anyway. At least it isn't as mundane as that. Imagine only having the cones on the field and you just practice your dribbling for hours like players really do haha.
