Because as of now there is no practice mode in the game. Fix this EA, ASAP. I thought people might like to see what these all look like static.

I haven't looked yet, but are we able to create our own corner or set pieces this year?

I like the last one so far. The far post. And then lay a "driven" cross just past the penalty spot.

Hold up on the L stick while powering up just over half

Then when it is coming to your player tap LT to fight off the defender and time the B press.

Haven't found much that is a sure thing so I am liking that, I just wish we could practice these damn things, I am still baffled by match practice omission.


If you do need to practice these, this is the only way right now, choose kickoff, pick teams, start the game, get the ball and play it back and run it over the end line, go in to the menu and switch sides. Take the corner. Just keep switching sides and putting over the end line to retry them.

Cumbersome and annoying but it works.

Wasnt aware you could change your type of corner, how do you do it? Does this solve the fact that only 1 centre bacl comes up for corners?

It's the little info box above the power up meter. Dpad down to access it then you Dpad 1 of 4 directions to choose the tactic.

Looking at these photos again it becomes even more puzzling how the cpu can knock it clear and pick it right up and start the counter attack.

They have 9 and 10 in the box!!!!

Off topic but on the topic of set plays. How I loathe when the cpu gets a deep throw-in in my end and I have superior numbers on D so the cpu just stands oob with the ball and waits for the game reset screen wipe thing that repositions everyone.

Now I go from 5 people defending that deep throw to some jacked up positioning the game forces on me. Meanwhile the cpu throws it in to their wide open target and I am playing catch up defending.

Just have ALL throw ins be real time already. That reset that happens on all set plays if you wait for it, is bullsh!t
