CPU playing keep away instead of attacking in a tie game

Just played Spurs as Man city. Game is tied in injury time and Spurs are in my end playing keep away instead of attacking. First time I've seen this. Is this a known bug?

I wouldn't necessarily call it a bug. I guess depends on how you think the opponent should be playing. If I'm a top team and I'm tied with a lesser team they will sometimes play for the tie. I like it, gets me mad but I like it

Yes exactly, were Spurs away from home? A road draw at City seems a good result from their perspective.
