There are settings for matchmaking but there really needs to be a fast play mode. I'm the type when I play online, no matter if I hit one from 45 yards i immediately hit X because because it speeds the game along and its the polite thing to do instead of waiting 45 seconds to watch the celebration. The amount of kids I've played lately where even the most mediocre of goals I had to watch the entire cut scene (the player celebrate, 3x slow-mo score, the players name, and the walk to midfield) is ridiculous. You can always watch the goals after the game an infinite amount of time. We need a fast play option.

I definitely agree with you. Its annoying being forced to watch the entire pre-game scenes, sub cut scenes, or goal replays. Its even worse when I get matched up with someone who is consistently pausing the game every few minutes. Is there even a limit on how often you can pause it online? But yeah, I'd very much appreciate a fast play mode. -

I agree. These kids just HAVE TO see how they scored some bull**** goal with Ronaldo and let the scene drag out.
Only time I do that is when I'm playing by myself in manager mode.Comment

I find it odd how there isn't one already, if i was a developer and put in the ablity to change matchmaking settings, that would be the #1 idea to put in firstComment

I play on pro clubs and understand everyones frustration. We dont do it unless someone scores and sits through it all and then we try to do it, but usually cant suffer ourselves through waiting to see our own gol scored.
BUT, I dont think its always little kids watching their gols. I think a lot of people do it because they know it pisses us off.Uconn Basketball

I don't think we even need a mode for this but rather if any of the players skips through it then it should automatically skip through it. Its dumb that both players have to agree to skip it to skip it.Comment

Um because they are children and thats how children act. Thats why I stopped playing online, because of the little 8 year olds thinking there are so great by playing a game that was built for them. Put them in a game that is fully sim and those kids won't buy the game because its not fun or its too hardComment

agreed, I only play online seasons and career mode (I hate FUT but thats a different story). I tend to use 3* and 2* teams but the team I root for is Bayern Munich irl. Whenever I do decide to be them, 100% of the time I play Real Madrid and I could guarantee every time I play them I sit through every cut scene. When using lower teams, games are usually more sim and gamers more friendly.Comment

yeah I usually have some pretty good games when using 3.5/4.0 star teams..every now and then i'll play 5 star matches(aka vs real madrid.) Bayern and Chelsea are good anti-real madrid teams btw. I've had angry kids send me angry messages claiming i cheated after beating them 4-0 or something.Comment

And these are the kids that spend their daddy's money in the FUT mode that feeds EA to forget about the adults that play offline. Not saying that everyone who play online are children but the FUT mode in my opinion has killed any hope to further the development of Fifa gameplay wise.Comment
