menu freeze

3 times in 5 days (10 games), my game locks up exiting a game. The board that shows the results of the day's games and the spinning/loading icon screen won't continue. The announcer is talking about the leaders and points. I can exit to the xbox 1 menus. I can turn off the xbox, but it just starts with the spinning icon. I can completely turn off the xbox (holding the power button for 5 seconds) and reset everything. I lose the game, but I can continue playing.


Are there any work arounds that will insure I don't have to play games twice? If I need to do a complete shut down everytime, I will do it....any help is welcome.

I am not of any real direct help with the XBOX1, as I don't have one, but I can note that I have not had any issues with this on the PS4 (have been playing it pretty regularly).

There were known issues with the game at launch, and everyone who picked up the last update should have had it solved.

I am assuming you are connected to Live?

Yes. I'm on Live and have all the updates. To be honest, I never had a problem until 10 days ago. If I get a game in at night, at the exit of my game the next day, I have about a 70% chance of it getting stuck on the "scores of the day" screen. Also, every time I turn off my xbox, it disconnects from ea. That might be by design, but I thought I would note that. Thanks for the reply.
