Unfortunately never. You will be part of the same team until you will be transferred to another one

man this sucks. I was waiting to be a FA so i can sign with the team I want. Unfortunately the only transfer offers I get are from the same 2-4 teams each year and not the teams I want to go to....

BTW on this sad note, does anyone have any tips on how to goto a team you want but isn't offering transfer contracts?
I'm a 85 St in AS Monaco and I want to goto a non monster but good good young team like Shalke, Fulham , Everton etc. So I can play more often and grow together with my AI mates. Hopefully in England, Spain, Germany or Italy.
But seems like I might have overpriced myself.
Only getting offers from big teams like chelsea Barcelona real Madrid etc.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I doubt you can since smaller teams wouldn't be able to pay the transfer fee. It would be nice if you could make a list of teams you would/wouldn't accept a transfer too.

That was one good option in PES. It let me choose a few teams I wanted to goto if I remember correctly.
Sigh... Now pondering should I go back to an old save when I was cheaper.....
