Re: Fifa 16: An Indictment against Reviewer Competency

I just want to say upfront that I own both PES and Fifa and I like the idea of having both of them on the market. That said, I just read IGN's review of Fifa 16 and noticed this in the section discussing new features:

"And there’s a bizarre new feature that sees Tyler pass over to a hopelessly wooden Alan McInally, who’ll report goals coming in from other matches. "

I'm sorry but has this person ever played Fifa before (see below-- yes he has)? The feature has been in the game since at least Fifa 14.

I'm fine with reviewer's having different opinions and not even having played other iterations of the game but c'mon the same guy reviewed Fifa 15 last year. What game did he play?

Anyways, it doesn't really matter what a review says about a game. However, I am disappointed because this review shows a lack of credibility from the writer that makes it hard to take the rest of the review seriously.
