I am playing on PC. Can anyone guide me as to defending specially headers. I keep on losing and CPU is able to score goals. Further does anyone here has a problem with Pass Error. I kept CPU pass error at 67 but no use. All their passes around edge of box and also in outfield are straight to their player. I dont get whats the use of Pass Error if there are no mispasses by CPU. I am playing at World Class for now. Does pass error relates to any other slider which should be used.

Pretty simple question, but wondering if anyone has an answer-- how do you keep a shot on the ground, but still hit it with good power? I've done this a couple of times unintentionally, so I know it's possible, but I can't control it. If I aim low, it only stays on the ground if I tap the shot button, and it's a pretty weak shot. Increasing the power on my shot always lifts the ball up to medium height.

Assisted, semi, or manual shooting?

I've had the most luck this year achieving this with manual shooting, although I still haven't figured out a science to it.

I use assisted shooting. Is it only possible to "control" on manual? What do you do?

A Couple of Random Questions

Been playing this for about a week now and I have a couple random questions...



First, can you change a players position? If I have several LMs and want to move one to RM, can I do so permanently instead of just playing him out of place?


Do players progress naturally by playing, or is the 5 training sessions the only way to do so? If so, and I sim through a couple weeks without manually setting up the training sessions, will the computer do them?

1. No, you cannot change their default formation but FIFA has never really penalized you for playing someone out of position from a ratings standpoint.

2. Yes, players progress naturally by playing although it seems random in the sense that on-the-pitch performances don't accelerate or decelerate progress.

yeah, playing fifa is like playing playing football manger in a sense,, a good strategy is always good on the battlefield. it really depends who you are up against and their sort of gameplay and style, as everyone has different gameplay style.

Can someone help me with controls. I just started and got to Div 6 pretty easy in FUT. I looked online for moves. It says that ball roll is left or right holding down on the right stick. But it seems to be up and down when I play. I also cant get the spin move to work. Do I need to change settings? Also do you guys play on default passing ? I always seem to pass to the player I didn't want to.

Are you talking about this happening when you switch players? Or is this something you're experiencing with the player you've been controlling?

By holding X(PS4)/A(XBOX) your player will automatically pressure the ball.
