    Low shots, posts and bars

Has anyone noticed the total lack of low (ground) shots by the CPU? I don’t think I am yet to see a ground level shot, let alone a goal scored with such shot by the CPU?
Similarly if you want your (user) shot to have adequate speed, this also will be directed above waist level, otherwise it would look just l like a pass.

That brings me to the subject of posts and bars hit during a game. I guess EA has taken direction from FIFA’s sibling NHL, where the posts and bars are hit regularly during a game, but I find the number of times the ball strikes the post or bar way too high in FIFA, especially by the CPU. That takes away from the excitement factor which striking a post or bar should evoke during a footy match.

Has anyone discovered any slider tweaks, which 1) introduce hard low ground shots and 2) reduce the frequency of posts / bars being struck?

This is my thread http://www.operationsports.com/forum...low-shots.html from Fifa 15 last year bud, and it still hasn't been fixed...

As for the post's can't say I've noticed that being too large of a problem, but that could just be me

I just read the thread. Thanks for directing me there. It looks like double tapping the shoot button will produce some hard low shots but it also sounds like this is quite inconsistent. I will try a few drills tonight. My main problem is that the CPU's shots are always hi - just below the bar. I am yet to see a CPU goal scored via a hard low shot.

As for posts and bars I am seeing an average of 4-5 per game. This is on 8 minute halves and stock sliders.

I'm seeing a ton of shots hit the posts, now, too. I'm guessing that has something to do with helping the keepers, but it usually just ends up pulling them out of position going for a rebound and then there's just a mad scramble by everyone in the box. It's a bit much.

I only had 2(!!!!) shots hit the post after like 15 matches post patch. Are you playing on assisted or semi?

I play on Semi, but it's predominantly the CPU that hits the bars, not me.
