I believe it means your total player wage salaries cant increase by say 15%. so say your total wage salaries is 100,000, an increase of 15,000 would be 15%. So you would have to stay under that. Hopefully that helps

Sorry about the late reply but I don't think you ever get sacked as long as you complete the league objectives

I hope this is true. I'm in my 2nd Portsmouth season, having gained promotion to League 1 after the first. My "high" goal is to sign a crucial 1st team forward, which I've achieved.

But, I don't think I'll achieve either of my "medium goals, which are:

          1. Reduce player wages by $11,000 a week. I'm trying to bring in better, more expensive players every transfer window, so this goal is contrary to improving the team.

          2. Make a $16,500,000 profit from youth player sales within 2 seasons, and this is my last season. You can't sell youths promoted this year, so the only sellable youths had to have been promoted during my 1st season! I promoted 5 players last year, and even if I sold them all, I couldn't make that much.

My "low" goals are to gain auto promo and reach the round of 32 in the FA Cup. Those are do-able.

My current manager rating is 68 and I just received an email warning me I'm not meeting expectations. Should I expect to be sacked if I don't meet those two "medium" goals, but meet all the others? Obviously, that would be a huge waste of my time and effort, since I'm trying to get Pompey back to the Premier League, and I'm liking the way the roster is improving and the youth program is contributing.

Just completed a season with this as my top goal. I grew my salary by 65% and won the league title. At the end of the year they told me that they thought I had the club heading in the right direction.
