Sadly this isn't in. I was hoping for it as well. Maybe next year.

Some of my impressions from playing- These transfers are SO sick. I thought it would be tedious, and to a degree it was until I found out that you can hold X (XB1) to skip conversations, but it was really cool and made each transfer feel like it took work and it was personal as opposed to just sending an email to get a player. There was some tweaking left to do when I played, but it was seriously game changing. I played 650+ hours of both fifa 16 and 17 with almost all of those coming from career mode and more than 50 hours of fifa 18 and it was unreal. I haven't been able to play 17 since I played 18 because of the massive leap that it is in both gameplay and in career mode.

I didn't pay a ton of attention to the moves made by other clubs. There's a cool new feature (you've probably seen screenshots) where there are videos on the homepage of career mode that show off transfers, but there aren't many of these that show up and it took me a long time before i realized you can click them and it'll show the old news menus. For this reason, it was a little tough to keep up with what the CPU was doing.

It was certainly a lot easier to get offers on players, whether loan or transfer, and they came from various leagues (FINALLY!). I played in La Liga because of the awesome new presentation and I was getting offers for my players from teams throughout the world. In past games where I've played in the EPL it feels like I only get offers from other EPL teams and lower division English teams.

That's mad promising.

I sure do hope it'll be easier to sell my players this time round,
so that i don't have to artificially move players to and fro
by offering too many swaps to count,
cause it's been grating my nerves how damn difficult it's been to ship out
excess players that still are statistically desirable.

If only they'll have tweaked the mechanics of the transfer market just a lil...
Would make the whole thing a whole lot more enjoyable,
and (hopefully) realistic.
