MLS faces

anyone else notice that all MLS players have real faces this year? really significant for those that like this league, adds a lot in my opinion. only downside is players who had real faces in 2017 like bradley and altidore look worse for some reason in 2018. not sure how many leagues this is going to be true for, but i know the MLS last year there were maybe 20 faces total, where from the demo even the bench players look authentic. i guess ea doesn't announce this as a feature since it probably was long overdue.

Yes! This is awesome. Really adds a lot to the immersive feeling of the game. Can't wait to see what other players had face scans!

It will not be like this for every team. Toronto and LA have a lot of known players so that's likely the reason why their faces were in.

This may be due to the new broadcast package for MLS as both LA and Toronto were used in the trailer for it. Just hope it goes beyond these two teams. Nice chants for LA in the demo as well. Hope we hear more for others.

Yeah but it was so quiet. I guess just like the real life StubHub Center, only with more attendance than IRL :^)

That's what makes me think it is limited to over lays and a few faces here and there. If we see scrubs with non-generic faces from other teams, then we are in business. Guess we see on release.

I can tell you Tim Parker is as he was in the trailer and a write up about the presentation package on MLS.com. I would expect the others as well for them at least.

I am hoping that it is just because SOFIFA didn't update yet, because apparently, ONLY TIM PARKER IS SCANNED ON THE ENTIRE TEAM!!!

Apparently the play-off format is still wrong, as it has been since NYCFC and Orlando entered the league. I figured this would be the year that they finally fixed it since they had to add the new teams, but nope. I had too much faith in them caring about anything but the card game.

That looks right sadly. I checked the page for the 4 teams I played tonight and it was correct on the ones it listed that has the faces or not. It is hit or miss again with mainly the star players, but not even the likes of Rimando, Wondo, and Nagbe got real faces this year. How can you not get all of the Whitecaps done with this game made there? Pretty much confirmed my suspicion they would not do much besides the overlays for the Presentation package.
