Career Mode Help - It's Been A While

Was hoping someone could let me know what bugs / glitches to avoid in CM. I haven't played since FIFA 14. I understand there is something about training young players too early? Anything else like this I should know?

I asked this in another thread, but if anyone knows what the max number of years you can play in Career Mode as a manager is and can let me know that would be greatly appreciated! I know it used to be 15 years back in Fifa 14 (last Fifa I bought).

I read in a game reviewer website that it's 15 years still.

Career Mode Help - It's Been A While

Only big bug I know about is that you can sell players loaned to you, or buy players from other clubs who are on loan. But obviously, the only way this is game breaking is if YOU abuse it. Because in my experience thus far, the AI will not sell players on loan unless you manually attempt to buy them.

is there a way to scout players further when they are in my short list? i have a full short list but cant seem to figure out how to scout them

I think you can't scout from the short list. You have to go to the scouting menus to get that done.
